2.1 To receive a consultation, clients must place an order through our website and provide accurate birth details (date, time, and place of birth).
2.2 All details are collected during checkout. If any further information is required it shall be communicated over email.
2.4 It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information submitted. Incorrect information may affect the quality of the consultation, and we do not offer refunds in such cases.
3. Service Delivery Timeline
3.1 Consultations are delivered in the order received. No expedited or priority services are provided.
3.2 Standard delivery time:
- Phone consultation with recording: 18–25 days
3.3 An additional buffer of 2–5 days may be required in case of high demand.
3.4 No in-person or face-to-face meetings are offered.
4. What the Client Receives
4.1 A PDF file with relevant charts and technical details of your horoscope.
4.2 A detailed analysis based on your birth chart, which may include practical suggestions related to your life situation.
4.3 Delivery will be made either via a live video call (Google Meet), a pre-recorded video, or phone call — based on your selected option at checkout.
