Thank you for choosing AstroEdify. We are committed to providing you with accurate and timely astrological consultations. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Within 24 Hours of Booking:
    You may cancel your consultation and receive a full refund, excluding any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at contact.astroedify@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Between 24 to 48 Hours After Booking:
    Cancellations made within this period are eligible for a 50% refund of the service fee paid. Transaction fees are non-refundable.

  • After 48 Hours of Booking:
    Cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued. Once the consultation process has begun, the service is considered rendered.


2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility:
    Refunds are only considered if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of booking, as outlined above.

  • Credit Time Frame:
    The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking within 7-10 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Items:
    Once a consultation has been delivered or the service has been initiated, no refunds will be provided.


3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Advance Notice:
    If you need to reschedule your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.

  • Late Rescheduling:
    Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may not be accepted.


4. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be considered a “no-show.” In such cases, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
